anti-generator killer perks
so i am trying to make a build as killer that is not about killing but only about delaying the repair of generators...

so far i notice that there are 3 strong anti-generator perks and i am using them -- hex:ruin(obviously), corrupt intervention, & overcharge

i have been just using sloppy butcher as a placeholder for 4th slot but is there any other good anti-generator perks that i'm missing? i read about the one that causes heavy regression like overcharge after a hook, but i very rarely hook any survivors so is there anything else??

Pop goes the weasel.
Maybe throw in huntress lullaby to increase the odds of screwing up a skill check but you would need hooks for it to work.

Dying Light could work well, if you get the Obession in-time.

Corrupt intervention will only work on potato survivors. Overcharge also only works on potato survivors. You are better off only using ruin and pop goes the weasel if you are confident you can play your chosen killer well.

how does surveillance work exactly...? what exactly is a "regressing" generator? i thought all generator regression happens instantly.

as for most of the other ones mentioned including PGTW i wouldn't use them because they rely on hooking survivors which i generally avoid due to my bad short-term memory and not being able to keep track of how many times i've hooked each -- and like i said my build is not about killing but only about generators.

but ghostface thrilling tremors actually sounds cool, i just read that one... since i do often pick up survivors only to spin in circles then drop them or let them stand up

i wouldn't want a 2nd hex besides ruin because i've been in a game as a noob vs ruin and found a hex totem, got all excited, cleansed it and it turned out to be another hex not the ruin... seemed kinda unfair to me at the time so i wouldn't want to put others through that lol ruin is strong enough solo

Pop goes the weasel is amazing on plague but I would only use it on her. Just hit the gen and spit on it and the survivor may justy leave it lone the whole duration of its infection.

Surveillance keeps the Generator under white aura for a few seconds, and then turns to the yellow aura.
Whenever the Generator gets touched by a Survivor, it automatically turns its aura to yellow.
The Generator is regressing after damaging it - It doesn't regress itself, if you don't kick it.
Overcharge works well against Survivors, who tend to tap a Generator and run away to stop the regression.

If It wasn't changed, then the Generator regression is -1 % per 4 seconds.

Pop Goes The Weasel is a hella good Perk, but thanks to the current meta - To DC, I wouldn't use it, so I agree with you on this.
Perks like Discordance, Spies From The Shadows, A Nurse's Calling, Whispers, (...) can allow you to track Survivors more frequently, therefore gives you even more control about the Generators.

They removed the time limit on Surveillance. The gens now stay white permanently until someone begins working on it, at which point it turns yellow for a few seconds before fading back to red.
