Surveillance with Surge
Does it work in right way together? Will the generators that explode from Surge become white-aura for a killer?

Tested in the PTB and yes it does.

However because Surge has such a poor range I wouldn't recommend using that perk in the first place, supposedly because it also procs Pop goes the weasel (Which it shouldn't because that should only work on HOOKS, but I digress)
Thank you for your answer and advice, Myu!

I saw a few streamers test it; it never procced pop the weasel on their streams.

It does not proc pop. Since pop comes AFTER Surge would have went off in the first place.

I think they mean if you hook someone then get a down in the time surge and pop are both up

It does not proc. Tru3 for example tested this very thing the first day you could in the ptb on a KYF server.
Edit: a word.

What about overcharge?

In the stream I watched it didn't work with overcharge either.

Okay, I guess because for Overcharge and Pop you need the kick action. What about Huntress Lullaby further regression? I'm not sure if it only affects failed skillchecks but also forced explosion like it's the case with Surge. If it has a synergy I might have found the meanest build for Hag ^^

I have no clue as to the huntress lullaby interaction, I haven't seen it on a stream yet.

Ugh, this perk started as an okayish perk but now it keeps sounding worse and worse...

None of the content creators I've seen have been very hyped for it after seeing that it didn't work with pop or overcharge, I think it'd have been alright balance wise if it'd worked with overcharge, but even as someone who strongly favors killer it might've been pretty strong with PGTW 3 gen strat stuff, I assume they tested have it interact at least a little bit before they decided to not have it do so.

Doesn't help they nerfed its range.

I didn't test it out myself with pop, but it's what I heard on the DBD forums that it did.
Although it wouldn't surprise me if it was a bug that was fixed during the PTB too.

Regardless, I did play around with it using surveilliance and it DID turn the generator the person was near white afterwards.

Still wouldn't suggest it. 24 meters is less than heartbeat radius for most killers, and at that point you're close enough to just basically kick the one generator you're next to.
