Why are all Pig players campers?
Not one, not a couple, but EVERY single Pig player I've come across just camps people as soon as they're hooked.

Mostly because her power makes it very easy to capitalize on survivors being overly altruistic. Most survivors do very little scouting when going for a save, even against stealth killers, which means you can just wait for, at the very least, a free hit against them when they run in, and usually a hook trade. Honestly, it's just more obvious with stealth killers, since they have to do far less to make it unclear where they are.

Not all Pig players camp, I almost never camp with Pig, or any killer for that matter. Camping comes down to two possible reasons. One is the kind of camping I hate, those who camp everytime they hook someone due to lack of skill or faith in themselves. I dislike it because it doesn't help them get better at the game, and makes it unfun for everyone. Then there is tactical camping, which is done because it happens to be the right move at the time. Whether it be because you know there are 2 or 3 people around the hook, so why not make them waste time, or camping when exit gates are powered, because at that point, securing a kill is understandable.

The problem isn't Pig players, it's players so afraid of loss, they simply camp. People need to know when to utilize certain tactics and strive to improve in every possible aspect. Know when to camp, when to tunnel, when to slug, when to patrol gens, when to abandon chases, etc etc etc. Everything has a place and time.

Because the definition of camping is beeing on the map, every killer is technically camping.

It has a time and place, whether you want to accept that or not. If you're a killer who leaves a hook when you know the entire team is around it, you're an idiot. Just like a survivor who sits at a hook waiting for 2 minutes while it's being camped, you're an idiot.

Survivors need to be less altruistic, and killers need to camp less. But when survivors are overly altruistic, they put a killer in a position where camping is the right thing to do, and that's the problem.

And why are you assuming I camp? As I said, I almost never camp, you'll find me camping in maybe 1/50 games, if even. Just because I rarely do it, or you never do, does not mean it doesn't have a time and place, it just means it didn't have a time or place in our games. People who camp because they can't win otherwise are the bad killers. If you hook someone and see two people nearby waiting to rescue, and just leave to give them the rescue... Well... I'm sure you can figure out where I'm going with this. But hey, go ahead and look down on people for making intelligent choices.
