How do you imagine it's powers to work in DBD? Because I see no way.

The Thing is best horror movie ever yet im not sure how it would work here. Maybe the killer mimics (imitation) a survivor or survivors and kills them that way. Surv won't trust one another etc

The Thing killer can imitate another susrvivor. When killer repair gen with another survivor he accumulates his power, when power accumulation completed he
turns into a monster. If survivor was unhooked then monster can imitate susrvivor again.

This suggestion was made a lot of times before. And it has been done by the chinese version of DBD (Souls at stake / phantom) already.
I own the game and I can tell you the power isn't effective against SWFs at all.

my friend had an idea of letting the thing change forms as the ability, lets say for example you can turn into the dog with RMB and turn back into the monster by holding RMB again, the addons would change what you can change into

I know very little about The Thing but a power to disguise as Survivors simply isn't going to work well in DbD at all. Most people will jump straight to the point that SWF hard counters it but honestly simple common sense to avoid Survivors will screw the power over too.

Unfortunatly survivors will view the addition of an actual stealth killer thats got a decent power as OP.

It wouldn't be much different from the stealth capabilities of the Killers we already have.

The idea has been around for awhile but i dont think it would work. A killer disguised as a survivor sounds fun but heafsets would kill it

Well SWF also will kill it too, it might be viable at grey & yellow ranks against SoloQ survivors or total potatoes ones.
