Cheating/Exploit Abuse (Killers)

Is anyone going to acknowledge that a large sum of Killers are using Exploits and Cheats to guarantee an overwhelming victory?

Reporting players seemingly does nothing, the only time action, or even a review against players is when you go to their website and submit a ticket on a specific player- but there are so many people taking advantage of the very poorly implemented anti-cheat protocols.

I could list the enormous amount of advantages a Killer has had (specific stat increases, inability to interact with certain objects, etc.) but there are just so many, and its pretty much a constant and consistent issue. It's worse than the Early Access days where streamers hella hyped the game up and were using the exploits themselves, and a handful of them were even being promoted by creators of Dead by Daylight.

I was really trying to get into this game again to get hyped/prepped for the Stranger Things DLC but it just isn't feasible. Either give Survivor's a fighting chance or fixing the Exploit Issues would work for me, but It's in absolute favor of the Killers. You can backtrack almost any forum regarding cheating in Dead by Daylight and a vast majority of the people that beckon for buffing the Killers even further and swear up-and-down that Survivor's are always needing to be nerfed, harassing other players for being bad have been perma-banned for exploit abuse.

You know the game has a severe balance issue when the Killer is literally just toying with you 3/5 matches and completely oppressing all 4 survivors effortlessly.

The amount of salty players in this community that report over the smallest things have made reports almost useless. You can blame them. If you are legit, and not just another salty loser, provide video evidence with your report next time.

And I've attempted multiple times to actively record these exploits and if they are using lag switch it renders my video evidence not viable.

It did. That's why it was much cheaper when I got it during that period of time.

Wraith moves faster when invisible, and can use offerings to speed up his transition.

Hillbilly always had that ability.

That rapid hitting could be one of these 2 perks "Mad Grit" that lets them have no cooldown between misses while carrying someone, or "Save the Best for Last" which reduces the recovery speed after hitting someone, the more you hit them.

Hooks can be tampered with if you have a toolbox or Sabotage perk

I'm not, I've been playing since Early Access, when I say the Wraith gained a incredibly high movement speed, I mean, it was literally the fastest you can get a character model to move in-game and again, no perks showing this stat increase. He skipped the animations for ringing his bell.

And Hooks were unable to be interacted with, even though there weren't any perks or effigy burnings to explain why I always bring a toolbox for that specific reason.

I literally am restating everything I already said. Please Re-read my statement before giving your default defense mechanism for Killers.

Damn right I'm defending killers, I main them, and I can say beyond a doubt that your statement is full of crap.

Like I said, literally everything you complained about has an explanation. YOU probably just weren't paying attention in game.

You can only see the other Survivors perks, not the Killers. You only see the KILLERS post game

I literally could, if necessary. It's just a lot, and typically the community is so gun-ho in defense of the Killer in almost every instance, it's just super toxic to deal with.

Hillbillies literally flying mid-air from one end of the map to another, Wraiths instantly transitioning from stealth/chase mode and incredibly high movement speed bonues, varieties of Killers having a 1 second attack speed with no delay for striking/missing, hooks being completely void of interaction, etc. with no Burnt Effigy or Perks actually detailing this information and stat bonuses

I could literally write a short novel on the lists of Exploits that specifically Killers use since I've started playing again. Want to know the worst thing I've ever seen a Survivor do? Disconnect from the match.
