I have never seen the game crashing 50% of the time upon starting.

The error suggests you are playing in your microwave, also.

r9 380x
r5 2600
16 gb 3000 mhz 2x8 ram
temps are fine and my pc isnt a microwave

Well, technology is weird. I get an error code on my ps4 that prevents me from downloading a select few games. The problem is that the error code is for invalid characters in a user name.
