Yes. Family name comes first in chinese as far as I know. Means feng should be her surname.

and assians have only one name sometimes
china taiwan and japan for example

The Chinese have both a family name and a personal name, it's common knowledge.

its often writen as one name

They just don't have spaces in their languages, so several separate words may look like one to Europeans. In Chinese it's common to be 3 characters: 1 for the family name and 2 following for the personal name.
