Save Game Error

hi. i just installed the game and played for 1 match and after it finished there's this message "Save Game Error"
The save game could not be read. Please contact us at https://support.deadbydaylight.com.
Error code: 108
Can someone help me please? it crashes the game after this message. thank you.

Did you allow Steam Cloud to replace the local save files?

can't remember. i just agreed all... do i need to reinstall it again?

I did some research for you so here's all the methods I found for this issue.

• Verify Game Cache, do this by going to Library > Right click on Dead by Daylight > Click 'Properties' > Go to 'Local Files' > Click 'Verify Integrity of Game Files'
  
  
• Reinstall the game
  
  
• Find a folder called "381210" then back it up and remove the folder, it is found in the location "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\85053293" - then afterwards restart Steam and launch the game

If these don't work I'll suggest contacting DbD support team, otherwise I can see if I can find some more fixes.
