Seriously , level 1 Myers is useless at high ranks
Finding them in the first place helps Myers a lot, since you are so slow on level 1.
- A Nurse's Calling:
You might lose them once you hit them due to the sprint. That is why you want this perk, since Self-Care is so common.
- Shadowborn:
The flashlight shouldn't really be an issue, since you are about surprise attack and not chasing. If they try to hide, this perk will help a lot.
- Play With Your Food:
A boost in speed is nice and since you might have to let survivors get away once you hit them in order to find them again, this perk should be helpful.
There, something original that works nicely. :)
But I wouldn't recommend a level 1 myers. It will be laughable once you reach a decent level of play.
you dont need whispers if you stay on level 1. finding survivors is what youll do with no terror radius, like the wraith, but just way slower.
Whispers, you won't have necessity since you will chase them easily on generators. Shadowborn, you have stalk and same thing than whispers.
I tried PLay with your food but it won't help you that much.
Noed is really good in the end specially because of stealth hability, but calling will be better of course during all the game.
Myers in EW1 is really powerful on certain map against low ranks, but i tried to do it past rank 5, i couldn't do anything of course, even before so you have to play with ew2 and 3.
Nurse's calling/Brutal Strength/Bloodhound/Iron Grasp.
Reduced terror radius+NC= see them before they hear you.
BS= requried due to pallet sillyness
BH=awesome multi purpose skill
IG= required b/c of saboteur & lets you be tactical about hook placement.
If you want more here is my killer perk guide:

Save the best for last: Machine gun build works perfectly for michael
Unrelenting: Combine this with STBFL
Brutal Strenght: Literally a must perk for every killer expect nurse, taking pallets down quickly will help you a lot in chases
Deerstalker: You can just down ppl quickly so keeping track of crawling survivors help a lot.
Other good perks to consider
Whispers: I love to run this on my billy/Nurse so guess it wouldnt be bad on myers either
Nurse's calling: Can be strong perk for MM since your terror radius is so small on tier 2 so they have no idea you see em healing and then just smack em
Iron grasp/Agitation: If you like to bring ppl to basement you might like one of these :)
Hope this helped
