Um no nerf. I just started playing and can tell he's not OP playing against him as survivor. The Nurse and trapper are harder to play against. I also have played Nurse and Meyers(just bought him last night), and the Nurse IMHO is better. But I love that music and atmosphere(stalking) he provides so I will probably play as him exclusively now lol.
I hope they add Jason and some other iconic ones.
Here you go: http://deadbydaylight.gamepedia.com/Shape#Loadout
1) Michael Myers starts at Tier 1 : Tier 1 means he runs either the same speed as player or slower. His hits are normal, no one hits. His terror radius is the third of the distance of that of a regular killer.
2) Tier 2 : Myers walks the normal speed of a killer. (Hillbilly, Trapper, and Wraith's speed) Hits still work only regularly. His terror radius is probably increase slightly.
3) Tier 3: Myers runs the normal killer speed, but all hits inflicted, whether player is injured or full heal, will insta-down. His terror radius is the normal radius of a killer.
Note that Michael Myers builds up his tiers considerably slow. This is done by stalking. Myers can do this without the player knowing because of his short terror radius. It's the players' (your) job to watch around and make sure he isn't watching you.
Michael Myers's Tier 3 will quickly diminish. Once Michael Myers has reached Tier 2, he will not return back to Tier 1. Michael Myers can get power off of all four players, so it's your teammates fault if they feed Michael, which can cost you all the game if you're all destroyed by his Tier 3. It's you and your teammates' fault if you are easily overwhelmed by Michael Myers. He is not OP for a killer. He is balanced in my opinion.
Look up Monto's video on "How To Counter Michael Myers"

Hope this helps.
In his third phase when he puts up his knife don't be even in his terror radius and hide well, if domeone hooked don't just run there and stay away until he cannot one hit you anymore
rather take pallets than windows as he is a fast vaulter
And he mustn't see the slightest of you so he can't stalk you
most myers I face just get 1/4 when you and you team gets used to that killer^^
Gl and hf and merry xmas<3
When he enters his second stage, signified by the Halloween music, he gets a 16 meter terror radius and the standard move and lunge of other killers.
When he enters his third stage, he gets a 32 meter terror radius, faster movement and vaulting speed, longer lunge and downs survivors in 1 hit. However this phase only lasts 60 seconds and can only be reached 4 times in a single game.
Please note that the above info is not counting add-ons.
EW1 requires you to use your eyes and watch for him.
EW2 is pretty much the same strategy as all the other killers with the exception of needing to duck out of sight when you see him slow to a crawl.
EW3 requires you to hide for 60 seconds. He is extremely dangerous and is best to just outright hidden.
Know your enemies, play him and see his weakspots.
You should get more experience before saying anything in this game is op.
Tier 1: slightly slower speed, slightly slower lunge, tremendously decreased terror radius, immunity to detection perks
Tier 2: slightly increased speed, slightly increased lunge, moderately decreased terror radius
Tier 3: moderately increased speed (or increased speed but I think it's the first one), moderately increased lunge,
double damage (aka one-hit downs)
