An error has occurred and cannot continue. Please restart your game

When the game launcher opens the bar doesn't fill unless I click on another program but that time only a very tiny part of the bar fills and no change occurs after that. After I wait for a 3-4 minutes the launcher closes and the game opens. When the game trailer at the beginning ends the loading screen comes and after a minute it gives this error and shows a button "Quit the Game" and when I click that the game closes. I searched for hours for that error some people say restart the steam, some people say validate the files, some people say open cmd and write some stuff but there is clearly no change. Still the same error. By the way when I validate the files a file that is 256 bytes is shown as missing and downloaded. Then when I try to open the game same error again. And when I validate again, again a file that is 256 bytes is shown missing and it is downloaded after the validation. And then again the same error. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT WHAT TO DO ?

restart your pc then verify game cache and make sure steam is running as admin

I tried it but still no change. When I verified a 256 byte file was shown missing again. Steam downladed it and when I opened the game, again the same error. And again when I verified the files, a 256 byte file was missing and downloaded

Save the missing file to your desktop.

In steam, open up the common files folder I dead by daylight. Find the datareg folder.

Paste that file in THERE.

Exit

Done

how can I save that missing file to the desktop manually ?

Okay the problem is solved. I actually reset my computer and opened the game somewhere else than my home. The problem is about internet. Some internet services don't allow easyanticheat to work properly which is the launcher of the game. I downloaded "betternet" which is a freevpn program and when I run it, the game worked properly.
