Not really clear what it does.
Its supposed to influence the % of successful self unhook und better loot in the chests.

free yourself from hooks and traps
Those offerings are worthless, ♥♥♥♥ and crap

You have higher chance to escape the hook.

Escaping from traps and off hooks by yourself and getting rare items from chests are affected by luck.

actually you have a 96% unsuccesfull rate cause thats just how the game works there is a 4% chance to get of the hook by yourself

I think luck also has an effect on how often skill checks are triggered, though i may be wrong.

Absolutely nothing. I advise against using luck stuff at all costs. Definitely use better perks/offerings that have a noticeable effect on improving your odds of success, such as maybe a mist offering or a "create less hooks" branch offering.

EDIT: My reason for saying this, is a lot of big bug patches come out and say things like "we found that this item add on is supposed to give you more skill checks, but it's actually been giving you far less, so we changed that"

Because of things like that popping up, I advise people to only trust what they can measure in this game and never depend on the backroom behind-the-scenes numbers to be working correctly.

Nyeah, i guess youre right, the luck things need a buff, bigger percentages, like double, but i mean, why would you risk using anything less than, the best? Realy should be a offering combiner to get something else if not better, or, OR, allow you to burn multiple offerings, 2 or 3.

If someone like Myers goes to swing and your team stacked luck, Myers will whiff over and over.

At higher level play, sometimes people will tell the team that they are using a "Luck build" and ask the team to stack luck offerings.

Basically, the killer is screwed. This kind of team work doesn't happen very often in randoms.

Those offerings need rework or removed. Entirely clutters up the bloodweb and it's waste of bloodpoint adding artificial length at progression
