Its not. The test realm proved it was a terrible idea.

The PTB is used to test major changes. Then they'll take what works and add it. If it didn't quite work as expected, it might go through more itterations before getting adding. It probably isn't dead, just not quite ready to be put in the live build.

survivors on infinite loops destroying every hook making it unfun and unfair for the killer unless you have certain perks maxed. Which might not appear until days or weeks of grinding.

Killers with add ons and offerings that will just destroy you with no counter.

Right now the game is Saboteur+infiniters vs Iron Grasp.
Rank 1 survivors deserve no respect as they are most of them infinite users and point farmers.

Right now to get rank 1 as survivor you only need a map with an add on that lets you farm points just by walking around hooks and generators and saboteur to destroy a couple of hooks. That is a rank 1 in this game. Not about surviving, not about saving, but about walking around holding a map beeing useless to the team.

And as killer is nothing but frustration. Some games you will have fun, but that will be a third part of them. The others you will be at the maps with infinite loops or with saboteurs that just make you unable to make part of your gameplay.

Totally unworthy and unbalanced game."

Yet he still hangs around on the forums. What can we deduce from this?
