Absolutely no effort went into these legacy prestige items. All they did was copy and paste the shine from the entity hook animation onto the clothing. They should have kept the prestige blood on the clothing with the shine. Whoever they hired to do this needs to be fired.

Glad I was right in assuming the best prestige were on the killers, specifically, their weapons. (Though the Nurse is pretty good.)
