BS/Whispers/Ruin/Monitor and Abuse
Most Meta build on Shape is
1: Monitor and Abused
2: Brutal Strength
3: Whispers
4: Some Utility Perk Examples(Hex:Ruin; Tanatophobia; Nurse Calling; BaC etc.)
But the first 3 are very common and strong.
BS? In this day and age?
Tho if you play "for fun", sure, don't bring BS.
BS

Whispers
Maybe you could switch out BS now for something else, like Agi, Overcharge or FD.
Tinkerer in case you use some add ons to speed up stalking.
But I would not change the other perks.
If you think like "Well, it's only a 0,3s time gain, I'd better get Thana and get 3s out of my gens" didn't quite understand the different values of things in this game.
Destroying pallets faster doesn't only allow you to be faster, but it forces survivor to be less powerful in their juking methods because they won't have AS MUCH TIME to reach proper spots, forcing them to eventually drop some of the pallets early/get hit, instead of being in a proper position to get ready to loop for for 3-4 loops. The time gain on THIS is just invaluable, and BS is one of the only perk that allow BETTER CHASES overall, in a very solid way.
If you actually feel like you don't need "Stronger chase mecanics" as killer, you simply didn't encouter good juking survivors yet, or are in denial of the needs of killers to be actually effective, and still stomp random "low skilled" survivor, and "get mad" at highly skilled survivors without understand what's wrong with your play and choices.
