Preferred Key Bindings

Making the switch from controller to keyboard and wondering if anyone has suggestions on best key bindings. I find using pinky for running and crouching awkward and part of reason i used controller in first place. But having the mouse to swivel camera angle is crucial. Any suggestions appreciated.

My best suggestion is, if you can and if you use it, to bind Dead Hard to a button on your mouse. I started doing it and I can control it so much better.

I set crouch and skillchecks to the thumb buttons on my mouse.

Killer feels fine at default.
