You're the host.
The ping is the latency on THEIR side.
So when it lags its not me? it's them?
Unless you are doing something absurd like torrenting while playing, any latency will be experienced by survivors, as they must connect to you.
Any Lag is the fault of Their connection to you, not Your connection to Them.
If the survivor has a bad game due to ping after that, it's not your problem.
WHat I meant is :
The ping is the latency between you and them. So you cannot "check your own ping".
The ping is the latency they have playing on your server (since you're the host), and if they are far away from you (Physically... Like, if you're from Europe and they're from Asia), they will have ping.
If your internet is slow (or if you use inconsistent internet like... Wifi ?), they may get higher pings/Lag spikes because of it tho. Make sure not to download/upload during your killer rounds, as well as not playing on Wifi if possible to provide the best experience.
Well I usually have the whole family watching youtube, playing games etc. I never download while playing and they never download things except apps on their phones (which is still rare).
Should I just not play killer while my family are using internet?
Also ever considered becoming a survivor main?
I play alot of both but killer gets me more bloodpoints.
no, i checked their profiles and they all from QLD Australia, where I live.
Make sure you UPLOAD is big enough, and not to use your bandwith too much.
Lmao, but nah. I think Australia's internet is just real ♥♥♥♥.
