Appearence of flashlights (Especially utility) after new bloodweb update

I am not sure if it is only happening for me, but as a flashlight lover, I am having problems getting flashlights from bloodwebs since the new bloodweb update. Only 1 flashlight appears in two bloodweb levels and since the bloodweb update, I've completed at least 15 bloodweb level and I got 0 utility flashlight. Is anyone also having this problem, or is something wrong with my luck ?

I don't usually see them too often.

I hope they made them more rare, Utility Flashlights are busted OP.

Can't wait for them to remove the quicker blinding add ons and effect from the Utility. Nothing but annoying. I bet that'll be the done you consider uninstalling.

I have 800 hrs in game and it is pretty enough to be counted as "good". Just making killer mains like you with flashlight salty is amazing and that's why I've asked this question :D

I'm a 50/50 S/K main. I can tell ya it's pretty annoying having all these noob survivors insta-blinding every two seconds. It's beautiful when they die & they freak out.

As a survivor also, I don't use those flashlights because I have morals & I'm not that rude

I often get Uncommon Flashlights, it's pretty rare for me to see either Sport or Utility.
So that's 1 out of thousands telling you that it should be more rare anyway.

I hardly ever get Utilities from the Bloodweb. Typically I get them from chests.

I know what you were asking. I'm just adding that they are thinking about nerfing instablinds, so it may be possible Utilities are more rare now despite staying Very Rare.

so you say that it's all about, instant flash is made with is so they lowered its rarity ? Because I've started getting anti-hemorhagic syringe more often then compared to past, even though it has become ultra rare add-on, whilst I get zero utility in bloodweb.

Ur right, I'm close losing them all, I have a few left cuz of trying new combinations with utility but thats not the topic :D
And that is also what I've started doing, plunderers, up the ante, dead hard and ace in the hole to get items and escape from the game, but I also haven't got any utilities by plunderers :D As far as I understood, something is wrong with my luck
