Mouse keeps going off game, help!

I am running fullscreen mode.My mouse keeps going of game very often in a match. When it happens, the mouse cursor would appear on screen and i cant click(both left and right) for like a second everytime. I dont know how to fix this. Tried running window mode which didnt help. I play the nurse a lot and when this happens i cant atk or chainblink. It's very frustrating. Pls help.

Firstly, be specific that this only happens in all Games, DeadbyDaylight or in Windows.

Your mouse is losing focus to the active window.
Disconnect, system, device manager, check proper driver.
Rollback driver and retry,
Uninstall mice, unplug, replug, reinstall mice driver.
Any other applications hooking your mouse.
Or simply a faulty mouse.

Just assumptions.

Only happens with DBD , thx for the help tho. I'll try those things u mentioned

Well it happens everytime. Idk if restarting will help.

In your desktop, right click>screen configuration>scale and distribution>setup in 100%

that works for me.

Sorry for the post mortem, but you could also fix the problem by right clicking the executable found in /steamapps/common/dead by daylight/deadbydaylight/binaries/win64 and click on the compatability tab, and the button change high dpi settings, then the bottom tick the checkbox and set it to application. This is for Win10 btw.

Played games with nurse with that problem, sadly went against a toxic swf that I couldn't do much about. Fixed it somehow
