Report a translation problem
The rest is mostly cosmetic stuff, which is take it or leave it. I bought the ones with the killer cosmetics, but honestly, I mostly just prefer how the killers look by default. If you're looking to save a few pennies, I'd prioritise the chapter add-ons and skip the rest.
The cosmetic stuff will no doubt be on sale again in the future. By that time you might be sick enough of looking at the default outfits to warrant buying them.
