If your group doesn't each pull its own weight there isn't much you can do.
2. Use closets to drop Madness progression, but try to find one that is far from where he might be going, since while you are in his TR it won't regress. It will stop progressing too though, so use it if you are about to hit another Madness tier but Doc isn't chasing you.
3. If he uses Shock Therapy range addons, then your best bet at dodging is going up close since the cone is very narrow there.
4. Don't try to camp pallets, if you know that he will try to shock you - drop it.
Try to juke his Treatments when he's charging.
After getting hit by a Shock you cannot do anything for a few seconds, it allows for free hits. DO NOT stand by Pallets or Walls if he's guarenteed to hit you. Just vault or use them and make some distance.
Once you're in Tier 2 it's just annoying. Watch all skillchecks seriously, his shake can mess you up. His hallucinations/clones gives him your location and direction. Be wary when they pop up for a bit, they're letting him know where you are.
The Heartbeat and Red Stain hallucinations aren't too bad if you know where he's at...so...keep watch of where he's at. It's a good way to counter him.
Once you're in Tier 3 all the previous afflictions are still there but now you scream periodically now giving your location. Once you've lost the Killer you need to "Snap Out Of It". If you don't you'll continue to give away your location.
Best way to beat a doctor is to just do gens and stay outside his terror radius. His radius is equal to his madness distance.
Find it really hard to play against a 'Capable' Doc especially with three complete strangers,
sadly most often doesn't know to hit the generators while its hot.
Basically a 'grab as much points' as I can on the outer regions, with my playstyle,
before then die trying to be a hero.
If met with capable survivors who 'knows how',
commonly a game ending with proper scores for all including killer.
As soon as you hear the sound of the static field - RUN. Hug a wall, hide in a locker. Do all you can to hide from the Staic Field. Hiding in lockers will prevent madness.
As soon as you see the shock at your feet, no matter what you're doing, run or hide in a locker.
In a chase drop pallets asap and get away, if you don't he'll up you too tier three and then you can't do anything but scream.
If you hear the heartbeat check the meter on your screen, if it's not going up it's just one of his afflictions.
Take your time with all checks as they can turn up anywhere on screen.
If you see an image of him so can he so be wary of it as this is one of the ways he will track you.
His terror radius can be massive as this is one of the better ways to go track people.
He is slow and easy to dodge but your best bet is to get to madness 1 and just move around getting gens.
