how can i get the infected black shirt?

Get" Left 4 Dead 2 " in your Steam library .

This will unlock it in Dead by daylight

Pretty sure if you own Left 4 Dead 1/2 just follow the Dead By Daylight community/group page and restart dead by daylight.

Buy Left 4 Dead 2 and it will unlock 2 skins for each survivor, one black and one red

No one here is correct so far. All you need to do is go to the store page of *this* game and hit the follow button. That should be all you need to unlock the Black shirt.

You do need to own either Left 4 Dead 1 or 2 for the Red variant of the shirt.

For future reference in case someone looks into this thread:

Red infected Shirts are obtained by possessing either L4D or L4D2 in your Library.

Black infected Shirts are obtained by joining the official Dead by Daylight Group.
