It either makes the flashlight beam more narrow, or it reduces the amount your survivors wiggles when starting to blind. Either way they're not that good.

Accuracy on flashlights decreases sway and increases hitbox size to blind.
doesn't tighten the beam tho, its good on a purple with a bulb, or a tightening lens, snipe blinds from far away.
