It's not even remotely OP, wasn't even close. Now it's just trash.

What killer was benefiting from this perk the most? If it was Freddy change him first before touching the perk. I see nothing wrong with this perk aside from you may tunnel someone more. That might be why they're changing it just so you don't tunnel the last guy to death.
