Does thanatophobia affect hex totems?

as the title states, does thanathophobia affect hex totems such ruin, devour hope,..

It does not affect the cleansing of hex totems, if that's what you mean.

Thanataphobia only affects healing, repairing and sabotaging.

Because when the perk was made cleansing was not even in the game. Devs need to changes some perks here
