Does vigil work when not around other survivors?
ive tried it out and it feels faster even when alone but im not certain

Nice, i still think it should be buffed to 30 or 40% though, with lvl 3 sprint burst for example it only takes off 8%, i think 40% might be too high though, 30 sounds about right
