Best perks for doctor

After raging for the 500th time versing this character i decided to buy him, what perks do all you doctor mains run?

Unervering Presence, Distressing, Overcharge3 or Hex Ruin, and the last is whatever. I prefer Chilli.

I recommend Overcharge, and if u dont have anything better for other slots, overwhelming stuff perk. Other than that Dying light is ok and never take whispers/spies from the shadows or deerstalker, bcz survivors on lvl 3 madness kind of have all of these perks then on them.

This is the same build that I run, except I prefer Overcharge to Hex: Ruin. It's overall more reliable, at the cost of only becoming more effective late game, if you can get the last of the gens clustered together. If you can, you can just put the entire game into lockdown. A perk like Fire Up will make things significantly faster too

My 4th perk I like to swap out as I see fit. Since I don't have BBQ+Chili or Fire up (Both would be perfect), I swap between Agitation, NOED (more used against SWF groups), Whispers or Deerstalker. I need to try and get more killer perks unlocked though, and hope the 2 perks I really want end up on the shrine

Unnerving presence is really hit or miss sometimes. Some games it makes them miss literally every skill check, and then there are games where a skill check is missed like once. I’d say that BBQ would give an overall better benefit than UP.

Nurses Calling, BBQ and Chili, Hex Ruin and Franklins Demise. But you can change Franklins Demise with Overcharge or Distressing.

Distressing, Unnvering Presence, Overcharge and then a perk of your choice. Since you're using 3 perks to basically make it impossible to fix gens, I'd recommend one for chases like Enduring.

EDIT: Completely forgot about BBQ & Chilli, swap either Overcharge or Enduring out for that one.

What are the best perks for him as of recently after all the nerfs like to Ruin?

Perhaps not optimal, but I really enjoy torturing people with this build:

• Distressing: Boost your terror radius.
  
• Unnerving Presence: Make some extra use of that boosted terror radius.
  
• Hex: Thrill of the Hunt: To protect the next hex; something else like Haunted Ground also works.
  
• Hex: Huntress Lullaby: To ♥♥♥♥ over survivor skill checks even more.

Then just hook some people and pop a few Statics. Items are up to you, but I tend to bring Calm 3 (for an even bigger terror radius when Static is ready) and Discipline 3 (for the red stain, which I find to be the best survivor tracker available) if possible. Do well enough and survivors have to deal with both Madness-induced skill checks and no sound notifications.

It's not perfect. If the survivors juke you constantly and you get few hooks, or if they get lucky with an early totem cleanse on Lullaby you can't interrupt, it's wasted. But when it works, it's pure ♥♥♥♥♥♥' evil.

try impossible skill checks doc run both calm add ons along with lullaby distressing over charge and unerving presences

I run: Whispers (makes every static blast land, better than Distressing), Pop Goes The Weasel (My usual go-to for regression), Save The Best For Last (Great perk for M1 killers, occasionally I swap this with Thrilling Tremors, Surge, Corrupt Intervention, and any other perk I feel like running), and BBQ (self-explanatory).

In terms of add-ons, whenever I have them I always run double Discipline.
