didn´t hear the Heartbeat without earphones

I have a soundproblem, didn´t hear the heartbeat, if i am playing without earphones. I use a Monitor with speakers built in. All other sounds i am hearing. walk, breath, Gens etc...
With earphones I have no problems.
any clues? anyone who have the same problem?

Your speakers don't handle bass well.

As one with hard of hearing, this is one of the few games I can't have outside noises or else they just screw with me. Skill checks, terror radius, etc.

untick headphones in the menu.

I really wish they'd make use of Windows Sonic and/or Dolby Atmos for headphones with the win10 update. There are games where the soundscape is breathtaking. Only a few though.

If you were playing against Myers with M&A of course you won't really + addon of course you won't really hear heartbeat unless his is heating you.

Beside that, a good sound for this game is really important. I played my nurse with monosound. It was a nightmare. I installed pilot to have 7.1 it was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ relief.
