Ed is a real person too.
When he was caught, her body was still being dismembered so he never actually made anything from her, only from people he dug up. You're right
Though I should mention Luca was right to an extent. I forgot he also killed another woman prior to that. I believe his only two victims were Bernice and Mary. He did use Mary's face to make a mask.

Trapper- The Trapper might be based on Jason Voorhees, as both characters are large and muscular men, both wear a mask, both wield a simple yet crude bladed weapon, and both are fiercely loyal to one of their parents (Jason with his mother, Evan with his father). Also, Jason has been known to use bear traps from time to time, while the Trapper uses them as a staple of his attack style.
Wraith- Possibly inspired by Grim Reaper tropes as he carries a scythe, causes a bell to toll, and can hide himself from humans
Hillbilly- Possibly based off Leatherface, with both having similarly disfigured faces and wielding hammers and chainsaws. The Hillbilly may also be based on Victor Crowley from the movie Hatchet as they were both born with deformities and were hidden by a parent however Victor's father actually cared for him whereas The Hillbilly's parents did not.
Nurse- The Nurse could likely be inspired by the Nurse creatures seen in the game Silent Hill.
Huntress- The Huntress' Hare mask might be inspired from similar masks worn by the Spider Splicers in games of the BioShock Franchise.
Shape- Michael Myers
Hag- The Hag seems to be heavily based on the Wendigo, an Algonquian myth that says those who commit cannibalism will become possessed by spirits, deformed and eventually turn insane. This is suggested by The Hag's appearance, Memento Mori, backstory, and a few Hag-related items in the game which talk about cannibalism.
Doctor- The Doctor's backstory may be a reference to MK ULTRA, a CIA research project that officially ran from 1951 to 1973 and experimented with unethical methods of interrogation and mind control.
Wraith = "Predator"
Hillbilly = "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" or alternatively "Hatchet."
Nurse = Silent Hill
Shape = Halloween (1978)
Hag = Pumpkinhead (1988) or Blair Witch (1990). Pumpkinhead's motives are closer to the hag, as well as appearance.
Doctor = "House on Haunted Hill" (1999) or perhaps "Dr. Giggles" (1992) neither purely present the Doctor's aura, but there are elements. I'de go with House on Haunted Hill.
Huntress = Mama, The movie villain bears absolutely zero likeness to teh Huntress, though her love-hungry personality is exemplified.
