If 4 people bring Up the Ante (3% bonus luck) as a perk into a trial, does that 3% turn into 12%? And how much % luck does Vigo's Jar of Salty Lips give?

Yep. If all survivors are alive and running it, it's a 48% bonus to luck, I believe.

EDIT: unfortunately, I can't remember the percentage I've heard for the lips, though.

Yes, Luck gains from multiple survivors running Up The Ante stack, to a total of 36% luck increase if all 4 survivors are alive and have the perk at tier 3

A Vigo's Jar of Salty Lips grants 3% increase to luck

Up the Ante 3 gives a 9% luck bonus to all survivors if all survivors are alive. If all four people have it, that's 36%. Vigo's Jar of Salty Lips gives a 3% luck bonus to all survivors, so if all four run it that's 12%. Slippery Meat gives a 5% increased chance to free yourself from the hook.

All told, that's 4% (base) + 36% + 12% + 5% = 57% chance to unhook yourself, with three attempts allowed per survivor.

I tried it in a KYF match, 3/4 people unhooked themselves. The fourth failed at least partially because two people were dead, which dropped the chance to 27%.
