I don't mind the salt of people in this game anymore, in fact I go out of my way to make people salty if they want to Bm me as killer or survivor, no bias here. Now has there been any word from the devs about any repercussions people who hope that myself and my family get aids, or cancer, or just plain outright kills themself?

I have thick skin and like I said I enjoy the salt but this is a huge turn off for new players and not everyone is used to being "abused" like that.

The answer shouldn't be turn off the after game chat. There are times I want to say GG or talk about something that happened in game without having to brace myself for a dip in the Dead sea.

I'm not a slaty guy and there are times i want to tell a Myers player they scared the hell out of me with M&A. I mean I'll get salty but i try and keep it calm. Like "that was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ way to win that game but gg i'm just mad"

Same, i have the feeling too that new players are the worse. I just had 2 match where in each one, the beginner of us was insulting all their teammate.
One of them even asked us why we didn't done generators, when i saw him many times hidding.
I did 2 generators, i was in my way to activate the 3rd. 1 generators was done by another survivors. i did also 3 rescue and get chased. That means that him, during this time did really nothing. Still, i get down. The killer didn't hooked me and went after someone else.

The beginner of us didn't came to heal me, but it's ok i don't mind.
My other teammate get caugh, hooked and die.
The killer didn't find me as i crawled far away when i get down. He find the little beginner and killed him.
At the end, this player with 16h in his counter, insulted us and asked why we didn't done generators. ;D Sorry, we was a little busy here...

my girlfriend just got called a ♥♥♥♥♥ for not unhooking a survivor or flashlightning killer, by both a survivor and the killer.

Just goes to show BOTH sides are toxic and rude to someone end game.

Only salt I've seen in after game chat is survivor on survivor cat fights where they complain I wasn't even camping and they should have come to save. I get some popcorn and watch.

You know after 500hrs in this game.

I realize in half of those, that doesnt worth to reply back if the player its salty or not.

Like leave your gg's and if they reply u back with the same then you did well and everyone lived happy ever after.

After all words cant hurt you. Which triggers more the player by not following his blatant convo, still ... if you get matched against the same player. Play cool and if you are having fun then i must envy u for that

No, they shouldn't.

at the end of the day it's just a game. I don't give a flying F. what a killer/survivor did ingame. Telling anyone to die over it is childish and they people who tell them to needs to seek help.

Yeah they should turn it off, nothing productive ever happens post game chat anyway

I mean during the rank reset i tend to use the after game chat to tell new players how to get better but not everyone is so nice.

Well, look at it from both sides. If you're a killer and spend the whole game camping, it ruins and defeats the point of the game. Ofc you're gonna get sworn at because you have literally just ruined the game for 4 people.

I think devs should be aware of everything people write to each other in chat after trial and ban people who write rude comments

It doesn't matter what you do though. You can target one survivor, or go for whoever got them off the hook, you can kill all four, or you can kill no one, you can camp, or you can run to the other side of the map, you can play nurse, or you can play the wriath, you can use NC, Whispers, BS, and a random 4th perk, or you can use none at all, you can log into the game and catch salt from survivors.

As a survivor you can use BNP or not touch a gen, you can save someone from the hook or let them die/farm them, you can use SC, SB, IW, DS, or use no perks at all, you can juke the killer all game or be a ninja, you can play SWF or solo, you can log into DBD and catch salt from killers.

This game is toxic on both sides. (Hell i lost my progress for a second time including my backup save, and i'm still not as salty as the after game chat is.)
