Doctor mains: get huntress lullaby
I don't have the doctor, but I thought of a great perk combo. Huntress lullaby can be absolutely devastating once it reaches it's full potential. Pair that with the doctor add-ons that make skillchecks appear in random places and the survivors will fail every single skillcheck.
Just a friendly tip :)

Add ruin and/or overcharge to that and you've got yourself a gen reversing build.

I already use:
- overcharge
- hex: ruin
- hex: huntress lullaby
- hex: thrill of the hunt
on the doctor currently, but I never use any addons.

Good luck with getting those 5 stacks before they get your hexes.

Docs addon for random skillcheck position +overcharge is already good enough. I wouldn't waste a perk slot for a perk I may lose in the 1st minute.

I'd swap out TotH with Thanatophobia. It's more devastating for your totems but it keeps more pressure on Survivors in my opinion.

I don't get the hype about Thanatophobia.
Survivors don't stay injured for long anyway.
I use Distressing, Overcharge and the ever needed BS.
I only change the 4th slot back and forth.

They need to buff that perk

I personally don't like the gen-block/reverse build on him. It's just not my playstyle. I prefer using Add-ons to keep track of Survivors' whereabouts at all times and use Perks that help me find them quickly and generally keep me going fast, wasting as little time as possible.

I think that if they nerf self care, thanatophobia will become a top tier perk.

I usually stick with Overcharge and that's it.
Sometimes I add ruin to prolong the early game, because he is already good in late game control.
I don't even defend the Hex to hard.

Nah, they need to nerf self care IMO

Why do you think the will nerf self care?
The idea about the weakened state is already scratched some weeks ago.

Is the 3 gen strat good for doctor?

It's good for any Killer actually. But for the Doc it's the most effective as he can completely hinder any repair progress with Madness.
