No. There are cosmetic keys giveways on websites like mmorpg.com, game conventions and stuff like that.

These were dlcs with clothing like the "Charity Pack" "Headcase" 80's suitcase" but they aren't available on steam anymore you have to win them in giveaways or buy them on websites like eBay

Incorrect. They were never dlc. As a long time owner of this game I can assure you they were never dlc. They've always been exclusive only given away at events like E3 and PAX
