Survivor cake gives Killer BP as well?

So the title says it all, i have the question.
Does the Survivor cake gives the 100% BP in all categories for the Killer as well or only for the survivors?
May sound stupid but i'm just asking.

Escape cake works only for the survivor that played it.

Escape! Cake gives BP only to the user of the offering ( Anyway the cake is a lie so ... )
Bloody Party Streamers gives BP to everybody in the trial . Killer and survivors.
