Most likely. But who cares. I like to write essays and sit on a high horse, yelling "Told you so"^^
Donnie Darko master of Jackals!111! Iluminati confirmed!
SHE HAS A BUNNY MASK! OH MY GOD IS THAT A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ JACKALS REFERENCE!??
Thank you for the constructive addition. Now, how about an actual argument? You adressed only the masks.
This ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of the cospiracy or whatever you say is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...
Since the nurse has this face:

doesn't mean she's this:

(Both are in an Hospital and both suffer, uless they do their work!)
So this means that the Nurse is a reference to Doctor who? Yep...
The new Doctor Who is a woman too and a lot of people are saying ''Nurse who'' instaed of ''Doctor who'' So obviously now is confirmed
Erm.. I don't know, but if you want to argue against something there's something called "civil manner", you know.
Murf mentioned more than one arguement. Murf explained what the movie was about and that the new killer has the nickname mother. If you read through Murfs original post, you might as well take note of the fact that the movie is about a mother that tries to defend her baby from a gang of psychopathic killers.
I'm not going to say it is inspired by the movie, but I understand your reasoning for assuming this, Murf.
One counter-arguement I do have though. There have been several movies, comics, mangas and books with some female killers wearing a bunny mask and wielding a axe. My assumption is that they took the original concept for the Trapper and redesigned it to the Huntress. If you take a look at the original concept of the Trapper, his weapon logically speaking would have been a throwing one.
The Huntress throws axes. So yeah.
The movie talks about a gang that wants to kidnap a kid... the key word of the movie is Kidnap... not Mother...
A forest is a normal scenario like the city for example...
On LY there was a killer with a mask (that we dont even know if it was from hockey)
and they filled a lawsuit by it.
They can look like eachother. A N D ? it dosnt matter LOL.
Because irony is so easy to read if it's written in text compared to a voice that is ironically speaking.
I know that the movie is about that, but Murf was mentioning the fact that a mother tries to protect her child. Dead by Daylights keyword is mother.
If you read my counter arguement, you would have seen that I mentioned a female killer with a bunny mask isn't that rare, that's why I didn't touch the forest, because a forest is used as a element for horror typically.
I just said that I understand Murfs reasoning for the assumption they have. Not that I agree with it, because there have been similar looking killers in the past and my assumption is that they just redesigned the original Trapper concept which had a bunny mask.

I am not saying that the singular things are out of the ordinary - i am saying that their combination is. Following Occam's Razor, the 5 points together point us to the one most logical conclusion.
They deleted it?
Are you serious?
Yeah, about a week ago there was a thread comparing the two.
