Lagging movement for survivor

For some reason, whenever I play survivor, my movement laggs to the point of me not being able to walk anywhere normally. Every moment in the match aside from my own is fine. Killer, other survivors, even skill checks all behave normally without lagg. It's just that whenever I start walking, my survivor teleports back and forward, all over the place. This does not happen while playing as a killer. However, it hasn't always been like this. Although nowadays very rarely, I used to have matches where I was able to walk around just fine.

Any idea what is causing this? I already reinstalled DbD, verified game files, nothing helped whatsoever. Is it truly a connection problem? My internet has never caused me trouble with any other game and I'm able to use communication services like discord just fine while playing.

its the host , i have no issues playing as killer but some times when playing as survivors i get hosts from china xd

Don't wear your prestige clothes, This causes major ingame lag, especially after being hooked and rescued. Wear your normal skins (not bloddy one's) seems to be an issue with the Prestige skins, mesh i belive and update bugs.

I stopped wearing bloody skins and i run smooth as butter now.

Seeing as how I don't have any prestige clothes, that shouldn't be the issue. As for now, my movement has been mostly stable and the issue doesn't come up as often anymore. I don't know what changed or what fixed it, I myself have done little to nothing.

I only lag after I get unhooked, and I think it's an issue with playing with your frames uncapped

Mine are uncapped as well, sometimes i hit maybe 80 frames, but well under my 144hz. When i quit wearing my prestige skins , it seemd to "fix the problem" for me.

I had made a forum about this problem "lagging right after being unhooked"..I think it's a bug but it seems to be combined with the prestige (bloody skins)
