You dodge , if you see him chainsawing, you break line of sighs , go to a cluster of rocks and trees , etc. when I see a killer I often don't go in straight lines I just go to my side , then left , right , etc anything to confuse him.

tbh if he gets close enough to hit you with that chainsaw without you beeing able to do ANYTHING about it, it was a guaranteed m1 anyways. he uses a perk and double addon to skip 1 m1.

Try to 360 the hell out of him, even though...it won't always work against real good Billys. Just like you can't juke a good Nurse throughout the entire game.
