Can anyone tell me as of this time, what are the total number of perks, and their current uses?

Fell like im missing some, as i never invested in certain characters

It's pretty comprehensive on Killer perks, however, it is a little outdated so it's probably missing some information by now. Either way, it's stil worth looking over.

Just go to google, and type "DbD perks". First page is going to be wikipedia, you can get all the info there. Simple as that.
