On my jake park I run meg's sprint burst, claudette's self care, bill's borrowed time and the hags hex no one escapes death. With this combo you will always end the match via noed and kill the killer with an entity claw. For real, survivors can use whatever perks you use on another survivor, similar to wwe stats in smackdown vs. raw 2008.

very true you can pick up alot more skill playing without perks.

Iron Will is the best From Jake Park. But yes, survivors only look different. I recommend SelfCare and IronWill. Rest is up to you.
For killer it depends on your experience and your playstyle

well there are no best perks for survivors its a case of best perks for you since every survivor is esentually the same now if you told use how you play then we could give you advice.

SB: Sprint Burst
SC: Self Care
BT: Borrowed Time
IW: Iron Will

Other cancer perks are:

Decisive Strike
Unbreakable
Adreanaline
Bond
Empathy
Quick & Quiet
Lightweight
Lithe
Balanced Landing
Leader

Use any of those above, except for Self Care which is pretty much a must have.

Come on...checking a wiki page is always a good advice and finding the right perk with the corresponding first letters is not that hard.
He is really lazy af.
Getting less lazy is a good advice for all walks of life.
