How good is the Bond perk?
I've seen people say that it's a good substitute for Premonition and Spine Chill because you can tell if the killer is after you or your teammate. Is it worth it for the perk slot it fills? What do you use it for primarily?

As far as I know it reveals the auras of the other survivors if they're within the perks range.

Bond + Open Handed.

Bond lets you find allies who are enar you. Injured or Not.

Open Minded increases the range of Bond and all Aura abilities and stacks.

A full team of Bond + Open Handed is OP AF.

But alot of people don't use it because they're too crutched on Sprint Burst, Self Heal, Botany Knowledge and Lightweight.

I like bond self heal botany knowlege and a random 4th perk. That way I can help my team and save myself.

I used bond it was pretty much only useful when you wanted to save someone from the hook and check if everyone else is doing the same. Kind of a reversed kindred

You dont need bond to check where the killer is. You can do that without any perks, its called game sense.
Seeing other survivors was pretty much arbitrary information.

Not good enough to justify replacing an actual good survivor perk

It's a pretty powerful perk. Obviously though it becomes less powerful as the game goes on.

If you want to keep track of everything that's going on run : Bond (see all survivors in a certain range), empathy (see all injured survivors everywhere), OoO (see the killer), open handed (extend the range of bond)
Don't think I'll ever use another build for more than a few games

I run empathy cause don't have Bond perk yet. Works just as well more or less, unlimited range. You can't see healed survivors but once someone gets hit you know exactly where the Killer is ^^ plus goes well with Botany Knowledge to make good use of that.

Empathy is the superior perk its pretty much wall hacks

Because when someone gets hit youll know where the killer is by what you can see the survivor doing.

I'm trying out bond. I like it when you're trying to find someone to heal you.

Empathy is a better replacement for Prem/Spine Chill especially tier 3 as it is unlimited. So you can see exactly when someone is hit and where they are and then watch them as they try to flee. Bond has a limited view and isn't needed if you have Empathy.
