What? You're the host.
Host or not, if somebodys connections ♥♥♥♥ then it'll be ♥♥♥♥ for everyone interacting with them. I frequently have games where 3/4 survivors are lag free and doing fine. But the 4th survivor is lagging all over the place. That means the 4th is the one with the ♥♥♥♥ connection.
sorry, but no. If a survivor has a bad connection, he will be kicked out of the game.
That's if the connection is damn near unusable. But a connection is a two-way street. If 3 other people can connect and maintain a good connection with me but a 4th can't, it's not my fault. If it was, everyone would be lagging.
But still, people lag from time to time, I have been for a long time this month, but so what? Test the lobby ping before you play and fixed. I will apologize after each game but I have no control over what my Internet connection acts like.
It's not to make you lag, it is simply that we get too randy seeing so many Dwights shaking "dat ting" at us.
The devs are working on establishing their own backend rather than be dependent on steam which will allow them for a better control of matchmaking and regions. Once this important feature is ready and steady, they can implement a ping indicator.
