Modded save files

Just finished a game with two people using painfully obviously modded save files, by that I mean hardly any hours but plenty of gear/perks. These two were running around with full legacy prestige and their steam achievements had them pegged at a max level of 24... Seriously, how is this still a thing?

Confronted them in the post game, now their profiles are privated.

Trust me, I know. Now if only any of the several dozen bots/hack users I've reported through that were banned...

Like hacks you can say "You're just salty", but bots are painfully obvious and even more common, so when I say reporting with the methods in that post are... less than helpful... I speak from plenty of experience.

If you report using the in-game reporting tool the dev will have all their info right there.

You can also report via the pinned thread.
No it's not going to be an instant ban. But if they are cheating, they will be banned.

If I can find out how they're hacking, within seconds of seeing them join my game, then it shouldn't be so hard to PREVENT this kind of nonsense.

And not a single bot or hacker I've EVER reported has been banned, I have them all on my block list to keep track, and I see just about all of them still playing the game, more than likely still cheating. And I'm talking several dozen reports over the course of several months.

Several dozen of the thousands they get. It will happen, just not as fast as you are wanting it to happen.

No, if you use the in-game report tool all the info they need is right there, everything done in game,k their profiles, all of it.

Several dozen of the thousands they get. It will happen, just not as fast as you are wanting it to happen.

I don't expect a week or two turn around on reports, but 5 to 6 months with no action to reports with several screenshots of bot users is absurd.

And I expect these two will never get they bans they deserve either.

Not sure what to tell you, there have been hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of bans already. I'm sorry the ones you have reported have not been banned yet.

No disrespect, but you're not one of the people that are supposed be handling reports of this nature, so there's nothing you can tell anyone in all honesty, other than pointing out the stickied thread. Even if you could however, nothing could speak louder than the inaction I've experienced in my time playing.

And I hate to sound like a broken record, but I highly doubt there's been more than.... 50 or so bans, if that.

Found yet another one, seems there actually isn't anything stopping people from doing this afterall. Makes me wonder how many people I've played with that have done this that I didn't notice.

That information is incorrect. There have been more than 50 bans. As I said, hundreds. EAC as a whole has done thousands. They handle all the bans regarding cheaters and hackers.

No I do not handle reports, I am one of the liaisons between the devs and the players. We relay information from them, to you all.

And that one makes 5 in only a few short days of gameplay. This is seriously getting out of hand.

I'm just gonna keep this thread updated everytime one of these very obviously modded save file users show up in my games in the vain hopes that some form of actually working preventative measure is taken.
