That black jacket, so called 'Street Meg' skin codes were originally only available for ppl attended Twitchcon (Offline event held in US).
Of course many streamers got Street Meg codes from Dev,(I also got one from a streamer's givaway while watching her stream) but except for that, most of those codes are limited.
Thats why they are so expensive, i guess..
'Only few ppl got that code! and after Twitchcon, and after Streamers' givaway events ended, there is no way to obtain such cool outfit!' = Guess this is the reason why they are so expensive
Not true the devs can make more codes whenever they want.
they often give out more street meg / dweard codes to streamers to give away or if you watch a dev streaming (mostly mcote) they tend to give away a couple of codes per stream.
I live in New Zealand and got a Dweard this way and a friend got a chuckles mask this way
