Benefits of Prestige?

I just prestiged my Jake Parker, but I was wondering what the benefits of doing that are? Other than you look badass LOL

the myth is, that you get slighty better addons n stuff once you hit lvl 50 again. i'd say on p1 you wont notice anything

an increase in better items that's so small its not even worth mentioning so unless you really like the bloody clothing and a grind then don't bother

The prestige clothing is insanley good for hiding with. Ever seen a P3 Claudette? Of course you haven't because they're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ INVISIBLE.

watch out, i prestiged my claudette and now my self care doesnt work on other characters. its there, but just doesnt work. so wait until they fix the bugs, oops i mean, wait until they release a new t shirt for you to forget about all the bugs!

Jake and Claud is best for stealth playstyle. U become invisible in grass.
Also Bloodweb generate for u better items , more maps , hiend toolbox,medikit , better addons ....
Is fun how map is rare.
I prestige 3x Nea and i have in inventory about 50x toolbox ( all categ. ) and only 5 maps.

Not true. They are harder to see, but far from being invisible.

The clothes are the only real benefit.. tbh i get better items on my characters that aren't prestiged than the ones that are p3. Hell, my first 50 levels on hillbilly i got about 9-10 ebony moris and dozens of good addins etc.. i have gotten 1 ebony mori and maybe a couple dozen good addons from then to p3 about 30 bws past 50.. same goes for survivors.

Oh it's noticeable. I guarantee you will not find a single solitary common perk that isn't one of your teachables untill you have bought literally every other perk in the game.

Anyone else experience this? I was going to prestige C soon, and don't want to lose self care.

There may be a handful of killers that dodge prestiged survivors, but most of them dodge for other reasons.

i have like 4 p3 survivors and those damn common perks were always the last, its absoultely stupid how those perks cycle because the ultra rares are the first thing you can get you would think it would be the other way around
