No perks on blood web at max level

What's going on here? I thought I could play until I had every perk pink.

Not every perk goes pink but I don't know what level of the blood web you're on sooo

Each perk has 3 tiers. This doesn't mean every one will be red/pink. If no more perks appear on the bloodweb, then congrats you unlocked every perk you could! Or you encountered a glitch.

Did you have all teachable with all surv? if so you should be level 110/115 (don't remember exactly) congratz! You can prestige an other character
Or pass prestige 3 with claudette and begin to 0 one more time^^

This is embarassing. I've played this so much and didn't know that some perks stayed at green/purple. I suppose i've unlocked every perk I can. Thank you for the info.

My bloodweb on meg is that same. I guess u have all perks on tier 3. Gj here.

at the moment there are 38 Survivor perks.
If you have 38 on level 3 congrats you have all perks, but on the wrong prestige level.

Always prestige to 3 and then start to grind out, way more valuable.

I have that on my Nurse on P3, she has all 30 Killer perks on 3.
Now shes on max, only leveling her from time to time for addons, but I got plenty of those.
