I think Meg has a skin of her if i'm not mistaken?

Technically, you can. Customize your survivors and you get their "looks".

She does. Has the full outfit if you check. Dwight, Claud, and Meg all have outfits.

Yeah they have Meg skinnable as Zoey. Not sure if that means she will make her own appearance or not.

Added a full set of customization for Claudette (as Rochelle from Left 4 Dead 2)
Added a full set of customization for Dwight (as Ellis from Left 4 Dead 2)
Added a full set of customization for Jake (as Francis from Left 4 Dead)
Added a full set of customization for Meg (as Zoey from Left 4 Dead)
