Scratch mark visibility
Since patch 1.4.0, it feels that the scratch marks have become more dimmed, does anyone else feel that the marks are dimmed as well?

I think it'd make lightweight a better choice, I mean I did some rough testing in a public match, and the guy had lightweight I, and I frequently got 6 seconds when I counted.

Now to find lightweight 3 in my bloodweb so I can mindlessly run around and combo that with quick and quiet 3.

Nope, more visible for me if anything.

Scratch marks are for certain broken inside the asylum.
And everywhere else scratch marks appear to generate along the ground but they no longer seem to show as frequently on walls/trees/rubble/rocks etc .
Tracking people got harder because the POV of any killer means you don't have LOS to scratch marks on the ground in front of you. Plus no scratch marks or very, very few up vertical objects means scratches appear to just stop.

I thought that scracth marks were only visible for 10 seconds, so that would be 9 seconds for lightweight tier 1, and with the scratch marks being dimmer than usual, well you got yourself a sort of op set up. Im not saying it is entirely op, it will probably be hard to find survivors if they have lightweight tier 3.

I've noticed it, so have alot of other people. Threads here and in the stream yesterday a ton of people were spamming asking about it.

My impression is that the scratchmarks fade away more gradual than before, which is good in general, but actually it kinda buffs the survivor.

Kinda find scratch marks useless anyway unless im going to another part of the map and I just happen to see scratch marks in front of me, the breathing in this game is enough for me to hear and find a survivor.

fade aways faster, and they not showing properly on vertical objects walls/trees/rubble/rocks etc ..... they they now shine so strong anymore

The marks are supposed to last 10 seconds according to devs, but only 7 seconds of the 10 are visible for most people to track. After the 7th second, the marks are practically gone.

Slap on lightweight 3, and you go from 7 seconds to 4 seconds of decently visible marks. After the 4th second, the marks are again, practically gone.

I'd want lightweight so I can dash around like a madman, and then quick and quiet to do fast vaults all day every day.
