New Perk Builds with Feng Min?

With Feng Min's new perks, how will you use the new perks to make your build?

• Technician - make less noise when repairing generators and has a chance to reverse a failed skill check
  
• Alert - reveals the killer’s location when they try to reverse repairs on a generator
  
• Lithe - a quick speed boost during chases when she vaults over objects.

I'm thinking
-Lithe
-Quick & Quiet
-Iron Will
-Technician

Same, except make Technician into Lightweight or Bond.

I think Lithe will work well with Q&Q and Lightweight.
