Report a translation problem
You have to know the killer is swinging high (look at his face, make sure he is looking at least head level forward, possibly a touch higher) and then you have to time it so that you are right next to him (literally being walked into) and crouched before he releases the attack button. IF it works, it feels great, if not, you take a hit and are still nearby the killer afterwards.
The two times I see this done the most are
1-Crouching near me while I hook someone. This prevents me from seeing you unless I look down at my feet, and even if I blind swing, unless I have looked down some it will miss. Can make for some cheeky saves.
2-Done to avoid the Billy's chainsaw, because there needs to be more ways to dodge that...
