That's probably the "Roo Happy" shirt for fans of Admiral Bahroo (gonna see some hate for even mentioning that name - don't care, love that streamer-btw, the screenshot doesn't come up for me).

I don't think he has anymore codes to give out on it, but it might become available for the charity DLC they're putting together that has streamer exclusives in it.

One of the rarer shirts in my opinion. He only got around 200 codes and when he "switched" games, so when he left I'm pretty sure most shirt holders left as well.
